Born
on June 27, 1932 in Los Angeles, Diane Marguerite Empey was discovered
by photographer Tom Kelley of Marilyn Monroe fame around 1950.
Her first appearance in girly magazines was the September 1951 issue
of Hit magazine, and she enjoyed a lengthy career which seems to
have culminated with pictures of her in a 1981 issue of Fling magazine.
Diane married Tom Webber in 1961 and became interested in nudism,
appearing in many nudist magazines. She was a May 1955 Playboy playmate
as Marguerite Empey, and also appeared in the February 1956 Playboy.
Her classic beauty and beautiful figure made her one of the most
sought after pinup models of her time, a status she enjoys to this
day.
